What is the process for checking the status of a customer's PreTSA?
- Go to the Order App, locate the customer's order, and copy the UEID in the Order Actions section and the Date of Birth under the Order Details section.
- Navigate to the TSA website, paste the UIED, and input the customer's date of birth. Click Next.
Types of Service Status:
- ELIGIBILITY DETERMINED (with KTN) - Cx's TSA PreCheck has already been approved and is now active and usable.
New Application:Renewal:
- ELIGIBILITY DETERMINED (without KTN) - Cx's TSA PreCheck is still in progress. Most applicants receive their Known Traveler Number (KTN) within 3-5 days after their eligibility for TSA PreCheck has been determined. However, some applications may take up to 60 days to be processed, so please allow for this time frame before contacting TSA to check on the status of your application.
- ELIGIBILITY ASSESSMENT IN PROGRESS - to determine if an individual meets the requirements necessary to gain TSA PreCheck.
New Application:
Renewal:
- PRE-ENROLLED (with Appointment Details)- Scheduled for an appointment.
SOLUTION: Provide them with any details they need to know in order to attend the appointment.
- PRE-ENROLLED (without Appointment Details) - Cx either missed the appointment or the TSA facility canceled it.
SOLUTION: Rescheduling Appointment
- ENROLLMENT RECEIVED - The TSA renewal has been successfully enrolled.
