In order to send the appropriate macro, it is crucial to understand how to check the customer's application status.
Here are the steps on how to check a Global Entry application status:
1. Check the order through a GE app: https://app.globaltravelerassist.com/
Ways to check the order: email, phone number & full name.
You can also check it using the ORDER ID. Just copy the order ID, then paste it on the search bar.
2. Once you pulled up the order, scroll down and click "view login details"
Then, copy the email, password, and login code. Make sure to refresh the page before copying the login code as it expires after a few seconds.
3. Paste the email, password, and login code at the TTP site at https://ttp.cbp.dhs.gov/. and you will be routed to the applicant's dashboard.

Please make sure to send an email based on the status shown on the applicant's dashboard which could be one of the following:
"Pending Review" which means your application has been received and is being processed. The vetting process cannot be expedited. Please continue to monitor your application and wait for changes.
Note: We have 3 applicable macros for PENDING status:
1. PENDING – NO PASSID ASSIGNED – Updated LESS THAN 2 months (after the order is created).
2. PENDING – NO PASSID ASSIGNED – Updated MORE THAN 2 months (after the order is created)
> Please refer to the pending review for over 2 months article.
3. PENDING – WITH ASSIGNED PASSID
"Conditionally Approved"- Conditional approval is the term used to describe a Global Entry applicant who has submitted their Global Entry application and passed initial vetting. Conditional approval is not automatic upon applying for Global Entry, and must be granted before an interview can be scheduled. An interview is required to finish the application and the option to schedule an interview will become available on the dashboard.
"Approved/Revoked" - after an interview, CBP then decides if you're approved or denied. If the application is
"REVOKED" and you are eligible to file a Reconsideration Request, you will find the Request Reconsideration button in the Program Memberships section of your Dashboard. If your application is "APPROVED", the card will be mailed out to the mailing address on file. It may arrive in as little as 8-10 business days but can take up to 6-8 weeks to receive the card. The card will arrive in a white envelope and cannot be forwarded.
