These two possibilities may apply to the application status that has been pending for more than two months:
1. Pending review - No assigned PASSID (over 2 months)- This indicates that an application has been received, is being processed, and the client has been waiting for the assignment of a PASSID/Membership number for more than two months.
2. Pending review - With Passid (waiting for conditional approval for over 2 months) - This indicates that the cx already has a passid assigned. But now that more than two months have passed, he or she has yet to obtain conditional approval to set up an interview.
Please follow the procedures below to see if the application has been waiting for more than two months:
1. PENDING REVIEW -NO ASSIGNED PASSID for over 2 months
1. Check if the cx has an assigned PASSID
2 ways to check:
a. Check the order app
Note: Always refer to the TTP website because the order app may occasionally not be updated.
b. Login to the TTP site https://ttp.cbp.dhs.gov/
2. Check the created date VS. the updated date.
3. If cx would like to check the status of his/her application and still has no assigned PASSID for over 2 months already, use the macro below:
2. PENDING REVIEW - WITH PASSID (Waiting for conditional approval for over 2 months)
1. Check the application status at the TTP site
2. Check the created date VS. the updated date.
3. If it's still pending for over 2 months and you can still access the status on the TTP site. Please send the take-over macro PENDING- with PASSID.
If the cx already took over the TTP account and mentioned that the application is still waiting for conditional approval but it's over 2 months already, please send this macro:
