Easy Form Filler App

Our Easy Form Filler App enables agents to view orders consisting of US Passports and Green Card.

Log in to Easy Form Filler App with the registered email address and password you created.

The Easy Form Filler App offers you the ability to filter and view orders according to your needs on its homepage.

Features:

• Click the Business Type button to filter the orders by selecting either Green-card or Passport.

• Search for an order using a customer's name, email, or phone number in the Search bar.

• Click your name to log out of the Order App.

• By clicking on the Order ID, you will be able to view and edit the customer's order.

  

Easy Form Filler Tabs:

1. The "In Progress" tab contains orders that have not yet been completed within 24 hours.
2. The "Missing Labels" tab contains renewal orders that have encountered problems with creating the shipping label due to an invalid phone number or shipping address.
3. The "Completed" tab includes orders that have been in place for 24 hours or longer.
4. The "Refunded" tab contains orders that have been fully refunded. Orders that have only been partially refunded are not included.
5. The "Chargeback" tab contains orders that have been subject to chargebacks, meaning customers who did not approve the charges and reported the transaction to their bank.
6. The "Unresponsive" tab contains orders that were left incomplete due to missing labels and remained unresponsive when we followed up with customers as per our process.
